I recieved an email from the forum owner where someone outside the US was trying to register on this forum and needed to know how to do it because of them being over seas.

Easy to do and nothing is diffferent than registering if you are in the States. Just go to the top where it says REGISTER and follow the direction. If you have any problems you can PM me directly and don't have to go through the forum owner. Thanks and enjoy!
