After watching those videos, I may have an idea as to why the Cavalcade of Customs sucked. That guy from Dayton that was selling old drag racing videos was not there. Am I the only one that spent more time at that booth watching videos than I spent looking at the cars? Maybe he got replaced by the guy selling siding and windows.

Yeah, what's up with that?
Another thing I found funny was watching The Fonz keep his back to everyone so they couldn't take a picture of him. He was charging 20 bucks for a picture with your camera? I always respected him with the movies he made. They were not dirty and seemed to be a good actor. To me selling pics at 20 bucks a pop is just a sell out. And keeping his back to the crowd was strange to me. After watching him for a few minutes I thought to myself that if he offered to take a picture with me and pay ME I still wouldn't have done it.

Aesthetic Finishers wasn't there either. Sad I was planning on updating my wardrobe and getting some new shirts. Only shirt I bought was from Cornfield Customs. Pretty kick butt shirt though.

To keep this on topic, the drag car display at the Cavalcade was one of my favorite parts.
