I doubt that's 'real', but in most states, you can get a DUI if you are in/on anything that rolls, including a radio flyer wagon. Cops around here have sucessfully cited and convicted people for being DUI on bicycles, minibikes, etc. It soes not have to be motorized for the law to apply, and you can be on a sidewalk.

Yeah it's all tied in with Marc Ryan who is a comic. It's funny because we all know someone (in my case more then one) who would do something like that or has done something like that.
