Carter County Cruisers Chrismas Party

CCC and co host Mobsters CC put on a nice shin dig. Anytime we hang out with the guys down south it's like being with family. Tonight was no different. Me & my family, Randy Turner, Tony Stewart and his little girl went down. It was a long haul in the slick road. People holding their brakes on hills and doing 35 and 40 MPH didn't help matter any. That's alright. It was worth it.

The old building they had it at is what's left of an old school that some great people bought and turned it into a community center. I wish there were more people like this in the world. All of our history is being bulldozed down for what some call progress.
CCC gave them an award for for their hard work which I thought was really cool.

Now it was time for Santa to give some toys away and listen to what everyone wanted for Chrismas.

There where alot of kids. The last few in these pics where a little bigger than the rest but Santa did his best to make their dreams come true.




I would have to say that this is the first time I ever heard Santa speak a little foul. Thrugh is grey beard I hear this tiny voice say.(This isn't f~ing funny). LOL

Poor Brent. I don't think he will play Santa next year. hahhahah

I can't get into the whole thing but there has been an on going joke for years between CCC and Scroungers. We use to have our X mas parties on the same day. One year we were all here at my house. It was packed. Noisy! The phone rings and someone hands it to me. I hear this slow deep voice on the other end. I say hello??? "What color panties are you wearing?" I was shocked. ?? Do what??? "What color panties are you wearing?" I heard the southern draw and knew it was Phil. He had the phone on speaker at their Chrismas Party and said that with the guys from CCC in the room. It did throw me for a loop at first. Everyone got a chukle. This year he kept saying he was going to give me a lap dance joking around. He told me it was coming as soon as I got there.

I figured I'd beat him to the punch. I made him sit down and close his eyes with everyone watching. Then whipped out a pair of red laced panties.

Phil says he owes me one now. I have to say I may be a little worried about what he comes up with. lol
It was great to hang out with everyone. There where at least 5 car clubs being represented at the party. There may have been more. Good to see that now a days. Everyone getting along, working and having fun together.
The drive home was like the drive down. People poking down the highway at snail speed and cars in ditches along the way. A little snow and everyone freaks. Most of the people around hear would freak if they had to do some New York and northern area snow storms. Today was nothing and people acted like there was a foot of snow.

We love having you all down to our stuff. You guys get our sense of humor and go right along with us. These days everyone takes things way too serious. You all get it though, it's about enjoying the time you got and making the kids happy. I'll have some pictures up soon, of course you Facebook people have already seen them.

I was glad to see all of you too. I think the party went very well. As far as the snow, I think the first snow always freaks everyone out. I don't like snow--never did. As soon as my nose, feet or hands get cold, I am ready for the house. And yes, we did have snow in the mountains of California. Northern California sees a lot of snow. I have a cousin that lives up close to the Oregon border. They already have four-foot on the ground. They can have it.
