Johnny Stamper came up to let me know he had a heart attack and died. He leaves a couple small kids and a wife. He was only 38 years old. Bill was a distant cousin of mine and we hung out a little in high school. Some of the club members know him and I just thought I'd share the info. Funeral is tomorrow, Monday from 4 to 6 on York Street in Newport.
