what are the axles???

In my garage... The one is a PLAIN STEEL And NEW 4" drop tube that takes the 49-54 Chev brakes/spindles and the other is a 4" Drop Tube CHROME that takes Ford Spinles/brakes $175 for the Plain and $200 for the Chrome..

Is the Ford one for a spring over setup? If so what are the perch and kingpin centers?
