See the little blue lightening bolts on the front of the door. That cruiser belongs to a top notch patrolman. I think that one more bolt and he'd be an Ace. That's sort of a hard arse. If I remember right the bolts are for stolen cars that have been recovered. Which usually means he's pick up a lot of people.
