Garage session/ Saturday 3rd

Cole's coming down from Dayton on Saturday. I think he said he'd be here by 1 pm. I will be in the garage fooling with something. if you guys get bored stop in and say hi. I don't really have anything to work on unless you just want to find something to do. I'd like to get my 36 turned around if enough guys showed up to push it. Jonatahn can use a hand moving the cherry picker over to his house and getting the motor ready to go in the 47. he won't be able to do anything till after 3:30 though.

One weekend soon, I gotta get up there and hang out. This weekend won't work though, as Cousin Chris is doing his Rock-n-Roll Review tomorrow night.

Too much to do in the yard today to get out and play,I have alot of trees so it was cutting up the leaves and cleaning the gutters plus I had to drop of a load at the scrap yard and put some parts up in the rafters of the garage so I was busy most of the day. Since the good days are numbered I had to stay home. Jeff

Well it was a pretty good time.

you guys should have stopped in. Cole showed up and we hung out in the garage for a while. we made it to the porch and Doug showed up. Jonatahn made it out and then we went to look at some old cars. not sure what to think about all of us piled in Amy's little car. the old saying about 10 pounds of crap in a 5 pound bag comes to mine.

Amy found it funny enough to take some shoulder to shoulder pics.

we cruised around a bit and went up by Vickers house . he wasn't home. left there and went looking for old iron. we came across a few old pieces today just going through Newport. we ended up down at this garage where Dennis told me about this old Nopar. it's not to bad but not sure on the price yet.

the car was cool but talking to the drunks that just pulled the engine out of this van was better

after we left there we stopped at Dennis's house and let Doug check out Dennis's model car collection. then we all went back to my house to goof off in the garage. Ronnie stopped in and a couple of pizza pies was ordered and we grubbed a little before we turned the 36 around. I'm done with the body on the right side but needed it turned around to get to the other side. after some scewing around with the front tires we got it in the alley. this thing is a bear to move without a front end. the tires go where they want.

Doug and Corey polished some old dragger plates that he has been collecting for some time. he has some pretty cool plates. John and his kid stopped down after a while. we sat around till it was dark and a couple guys left and we ended up in the house till around midnight. just talking and watching Gone In 60 Seconds. the first one. I'm not sure if Doug made it into is bed tonight. he may be in the dog house. lol laying out all night in Little Sin City Newport Ky. lol. don't be too mad at him Pat. he was a good boy tonight...I had a good time today. thanks again guys for helping me move the truck around.

yeap it's a shame that most of our day was used trying to figure out how to fix Dougs car. Amy broke the mirror off power sliding his wagon around a corner. that's what we get for giving her keys to something other than a 4 banger. Doug pm'ed me today to let me know it still is not right. we will have to have a garage session to fix it. it was cleaner when she got done with it but I'm not sure if the little Ford will ever be the same. Funny thing is this is the sweet little girl I had in my T/A racing on AA highway before she ever had a license. she blew away some old dude at over 100 mph but she can't drive Dougs Ford around the corner. lol. she reads this she gonna get me. I hope you all know that

And the car is still spotless!!
