i had a nitro engine rc car, you better find a big empty parking lot and get alot of practice in on it. those things are fast and harder then hell to control. It could cost you 400-500 just to get started... then it can get really expensive from there. bigger and different motors, exhaust pipes, stiffer shocks, the list can go on and on...

I got a little electric truck that was a kit. I put it together about 20 years ago and had $300-$400 in it. I used to race the paper boy for the weeking bill. LOL

My son bought a Traxxas rustler electric truggy, we have a ball with this thing.. Back before I was a married man 15 years agoI used to race RC-10 latemodels on a dirt oval in Cleves Ohio, what a bunch of fun that was, like everything else gets real expensive real quick if you wanna be competitive...
