Hey fat boy!!!

I'm not sure why I'm writing this. Maybe on a public forum I may be pushed to loose some weight. Let me start off by saying that I've always been big but lately it's gotten out of hand. I think a lot of it has to do with my back being messed up. I can't ride a mountain bike anymore. Yes, I use to all the time. The twisting motion screws with my back. I'm so out of shape that I can't walk for long periods. I don't have the juice anymore and my joints hurt if I walk lomger than 4 or 5 blocks. I know if I lost a few pounds my back would feel better but I'm in a catch 22. Don't exercise and gain weight, exercise and be in pain. The other night I was in the garage welding and was bent over and couldn't catch my breath. I would raise up get it together and bend over to weld and within a second or two I was gasping. I thought to myself, man I must have gain a few pounds.
At 6'3 I'm tall. At 16 I was at 235 pounds. Mostly muscle but still with more of a gut than I should have had. At 24 years old I weighed around 255. Fast forward 14 years later and today at 38 I float around 270 pounds! Here's the hard part for me. I told the old lady to come in and check the scales. Tonight I weighed myself again. ?????
282 pounds So I going on a friggin' diet. If someone see's me with a candy bar in my hand please smack me around!
I've never really cared how people looked at me or really worried about my weight but with age kreeping farther and farther up I know it's bad for my health. I love my kids and really don't want them to have to put me in the ground until they are very old..

It sounds good! lol.. I was sitting here last night typing that and was thinking about me griping at Amy about her leaving my T shirts in the dryer too long. I walked in the bedroom the other day and she had my wet T's hanging all over the place and in the shower. That way the dryer wouldn't shrink my T 's. Sitting here last night I relized that she wasn't over drying the shirts I was just getting fatter by the second..LOL It's not really funny but it is.
I thought about the weight thing last night and I think I have a goal. 255 pounds..That's close to what I was when Amy first met me. I know that still sounds like a lot to some of you smaller guys but at 6'3 and hoping to get my muscle mass back, 255 will work.

I feel ya, I need to lose weight myself. Right now I'm 6'2 about 240ish LBS. But about 2 years ago I was about 200LBS. I was going to school for criminal justice and had a gym membership. I was training for police departments, but then I was offered a job driving a straight truck and the money was a lot better then the job I had at that moment. So new job equaled new hours which interfered with school and what not. So 2 years later sitting on my butt eating, driving a truck and not being as active, I'm now 40 pounds heavier and 4 pant sizes up. Which winter time makes it hard too.

Scroungers Biggest Loser: Who can lose the weight and keep it off? I know I have about 15 pounds to lose.. Anyone have any wagers or challenges??

You know I need to lose some weight too. Back in High School when I played football I weighted 225 know I have let my self go and weight 265. At only 6 foot I'm definilty need to lose about 40 pounds. So I'm challenging my self to lose 40 pounds

Whats going on here last week we were talking about pole dancing and weather!!! now were talking about weight loss did Richard Simmons or Jack Lalane slide in on the forum or were you watching the bigest loser while eating a hot fudge sundie and sipping your diet dr pepper!!!

Not record breaking but I'm down to 275. The first 10 will be easy. It after that I will be freaking out..

Yeah. Watch you back fellas, Riggs gave me a kiss today.

We were walking around the V~Twin Expo and he grabbed a hershey kiss off the table as we are walking by and handed it to me. I ripped the rapper off and toss it in my mouth before I relized I did it. I thought I'd look funny spitting it out after it was chewed up so Riggs caused me to fall off of the fat boy wagon!!

I'm so glad you guys got to go, I wish i could have met up with you, Lisa and i was the only 2 out of my group that went, I guess i am gonna have to re-think who I put on my list for next year....Hope you had a good time... I'll post some pics when i get home.. Lisa was hanging all over Russ Mitchel from EXILE and AMI JAMES from Miami INk this year...Year's Past it was Billy Lane and MIKEY from OCC.. Oh well at least her taste has improved over the years....(do you smell the jealous sent of this post??? LOL )

i know i am late on this but trust me I know the feeling!! I have yo yo dieted for a long time. In high school and college i played sports and even college baseball. I was 6'2 200 lbs lean. Now OH BOY not good I am 6'2 320, I DONT FEEL that heavy and hear from other people I look way less. They could be trying to be nice haha i duno. I still wear a 40 waist in pants so I think i have a lot of muscle still some place down in there haha. But 2 years ago I weighed 310 I love 58 lbs in 2 months, then gained it back plus 6 months later. it was a lot of hard work, but I know i can do it. Its not losing weight thats hard its the life style change that is hard. Its like being a loser your whole life in the projects, its hard to change that if you dont know any better. YES IT HAPPENS but its hard. Birds of a feather flock together type of thing. oh well.

Im gettin real fat man. I picked up a 10 pound speaker when me and kenny were doin' DJ and pulled my back out.
