Gran Torino was awesome! Just got back from seeing it. Yes,the end was a surprise but so great. I swear I saw a bit of my dad in Eastwood's Character. I will buy this as soon as it is released on DVD. Two thumbs up.

1. same kid from the disney channel and transformer. that kid is becoming one hell of an actor.. that movie was great...
2. Most of Kevin Costner's movie put me to sleep. This one did 2.... booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
3. Cuba Gooding Jr. was a border patrol/gang banger. It was ok..

To me there are two different types of racists. Some have white power covering their skin and preach hate and then there are the old school folks that was just raised that way. They would call black folks coloreds to there face because that is what they where called back in the day. It was the times that they grew up in. My mom and dad still call them colored people and swear they are not racist. Still racists remarks but one is different than the other. Most older folks would help their fellow man if he needed it. Be it black, brown, yellow, or white. Most white power guys only have the hate and most do not even know why. It's a feeding plate for everything else that has went on bad in their lives. Even if it didn't have anything to do with the race card. I have my own views and most know it but if a black guy was getting jumped by 4 white dude I'd help the black guy. Just the same as if there was 4 blacks on a white I'd help the white.
Only reason I wrote this was just to let everyone know that this is a car forum but mostly it a Scroungers Car Club Forum and the things that are said by one puts the whole club into that group. Remember that you reflect an image for the club and some things are better left unsaid.
