Amy was putting the headlight in the bucket and seen that one of the buckets was cut wrong.


A little grinding and cutting and it was fixed.

A little cheap spray bomb paint for the gas tank brackets.

Plenty of company but no helpers for Amy and myself. I guess with $130.00 gym shoes you can't expect them to get too dirty.

Likely story...I am willing to bet this is the look right after the Godson drank the last Diet Dr. Pepper in the garage refrigerator.

Amy painted the brackets and put them and the headlights on.

Working on the upper control arm brackets. I'm sick of grinding.

I wasn't too happy when I tried to put the slicks back on and found out the bolt pattern was bigger on this rearend. Aaron had these adapters that I can use to get everything mocked up. I'll have to find some axles or change the rims when I get time now.

I have been wanting one of these air tools for a while. A flanger on one side and hole punch on the other.

Popped the driveshaft in the press and changed the u joints to the conversion joint I needed.


I was a little worried about the travel of the driveshaft with the bags. The yoke is perfect and with the bags all the way down I still have room before bottoming out into the trans as shown below.

I was wanting to do some bodywork but have too much other stuff to do so I opted to just shoot some primer on the bare metal for now. Amy sanded everything down before I shot the black fog.

I need to get the car turned around so I can work on the other bedside.

Buy some elite black and reducer 125$. Tow or drive it to the shop and I will stick it in the Boothe I need practice

I was covered with dirt. I took a bath and figured I was in for the night. Before I knew it I was back outside. I welded a bracket to T to hold the exhaust pipe up, stuck a collector gasket on and bolted it together. Johnny showed tonight up so we pushed it outside to turn it around. It's a shame to have to work on one side of your car at a time 'cause your garage is too small.
