I'd like to take a look at 'em if I could. If they are the wide ones I'd go $75 on them. Does the Breadman have them or someone else?

I've done all the block sanding that I'm going to do on the cab. May need some more but it's good enough. I sprayed it with a good fresh coat of primer and it's ready for some wet sanding in the next couple day.

We went to Olive Hill Sunday for a Carter County Cruisers Car Show. Thanks to Heith we came back with 4 15X8 rallyies for the truck. We had to dismantel some of Amy's Toyoto to get them in. I'm not kidding... Laughing

Thats a bright red. Reminds me out the time I painted a 66 Chevy truck International Harvester Red. Did it in the yard though and it didn't look that slick.

Yesterday Corey cleaned on the truck and polished a few things. Stuff like the wiper arms ect. He put his cowl rubber back on and his wipers. Ripped the last thing off the truck and sanded it down to get it ready for paint, the bumper filler.
We didn't get much done today. Spent most of the day running around getting parts. We went and bought another fender for the other side, set of fender running lights, plastic filler, primer, reducer, sand paper and more. I started working on the worse door. I think I have the mud work done. It had a few bad warps in a few spots down low. I spooned most of the warps out and used a thin coat of mud to cover it. I have the car show meeting in the morning but hope to get back earlier than normal and get the fenders and one door in primer and blocked down.

(Just a note) I've been having problems with plastic fillers. I've been changing brands for the last few months. I can get the metal pretty close. Close enough that a thin layer of mud will work. Most of the fillers I've been using won't lay down a super thin layer. I have to put a thicker coat of what I need then sand most of it off. It will pull up or have pin hole from the thickness of the filler. I was reading through HAMB and a few guys were bragging on the Evercoat plastic filler. BINGO!! wow. This stuff works great. You can lay a very thin layer of this stuff and it won't dry untill you worked it out where you want it. Very good stuff..Give it a try...

Below is a pic of the right fender and door being painted. We got the rear window in and right door and fender hung. We still need to paint the right door and fender. Time is running out for a Sunday showing.. Sad

I'm in the middle of painting the other fender and door. I haver a few minutes between flash coats so I figured I'd post some stuff. Also shot the underside of the new hood Corey and I went to get today.

I got the door and the other fender hung and now I'm in the middle of the flash coat for the hood. I was able to drive it around to the front of the house and park it instead of stealing someone driveway in the alley. Very Happy With the body parts in the garage there's been no place to park it. Oh I miss the country.. Suspect
The ol truck still has a few bad spots I missed but if it was perfect we wouldn't want to use it to haul anything.

Question I'm starting to wonder whose project this is? Corey's or Steve's. Seems like Steve is doing most of the work. How bout it Corey? Or is dad finishing up now that you are back in school?
