noise from the rear. Empty noise from the rear.

So I've got a question about a noise from the rear of my 64 Bel air. Almost sounds like a bearing. Kinda like whumph whump whumph. Since its a two piece drive shaft I'm guessing it could be a bearing or maybe the rear differential being noisy. Any ideas?
