You know what I miss with the newer cars today, is the chrome on cars. I remember when every car that rolled off the assembly line had chrome. Remember when the Manufacturers started putting the fiberglass bumpers on cars? I always thought this would never work if you were in a rearend collision. Back in '97 another car rear ended me in my steel bumper car - no damage other than a scratch. There's were a total loss.

You've put a lot of work into this Falcon and it shows. I'm proud and I don't own it! Very Happy

Un-Like some at the show, I drove to and from with only a slight exhaust issue, 330 Miles round trip......Exhaust will be fixed this week....DID GREAT....Had a great time hanging with Puddin Head & truxter fordly and the whole Staight Axle Mafia....PLUS was a Class Winner in my 1st show.....Michael, this was all for you.......

Happy to say that "Project Michael" looks as good in person as in the pictures posted here.
I also feel the need to add that me and Puddin' Head both drove our cars too... in case somebody got the idea John was referring to us....

mama and I are heading out next week....near a 2,000 mile round trip....took the 2-1/2" lowering blocks out....tires rubbed and that wouldn't work.....giving it a good once over and will post up the finial realization of Michael's dream and I hope we pull down a award......

Oil Changed, Wipers wired up and working, Fuel Sending unit changed today and gas gauge working....just gotta check rear end oil....check nuts & bolts about ready to go!!!

1900 Miles....5 days....Drove straight home, over 800 miles Sunday....didn't miss a beat....this baby is a total ROAD king.....also won a class winner award.....icing on the cake.....drove New York, Pennsylvania , Rhode Island, New Jersey, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Connecticut....use 1/2 Qt of oil......Drove Lime Rock Race track....Met the Tasca family.....went to Factory 5's factory....and had one whale of a time.....Next year is the Wisconsin Dells....and doing Cruising The Coast in Gulfport Mississippi this October....
