A weekend in Detroit Rock city!
My brother and I had went up this past weekend to Detroit for Metallica's ORION Music and more festival. It was a two day event that had a lot to do with 5 stages setup and 30+ bands with names like Metallica, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rise Against, Deftones, Dropkick Murphys and a lot of other bands of various genres. There was a lot to see and do with certain area that paid tribute to the members of Metallica hobbies and interest. Things like Horror house with ghoulish type items to Skateboarding with a big half-pipe to movie screening but James Hetfield area was my cup of tea. It paid tribute to cars and car kulture with some cool artwork, bad a$$ cars n bikes and even live metal work. He had a few of his vehicles there along with fellow members from the car club he's in The Beatniks car club. Here are some pictures my brother took while we were there.

Re: A weekend in Detroit Rock city!
Not in Detroit, highs never got out of the mid 70's. But to someone who lives in a deep cave that don't come out anymore mid 70's would be hot lol BTW whats the new toy?

Re: A weekend in Detroit Rock city!
Yeah found a 51 , 3100 a college kid leaving for school. His parents would not allow to stay in barn. So $2600 later I return with it ill post pictures tomorrow as body is 98% done lol I like the % people use it only needs driver floor board welded in and lower passenger fender needs a spot cut and welded. Other than that it come with a 235 running and a 235 in crate still wrapped in plastic unopened.. Along with wheels and tires all new. The frame was blasted then painted with por15 I'm not crazy about that but it's gonna work. You still transporting steel for cassy?
