Tilt wheel in a 68 Ford truck???

Not sure if anyone can help me or not. I figured Jeff may know. What can I use to put a tilt wheel in a 68 Ford truck? The steering wheel is HUGE! I can't even raise my leg up to push down on the E brake without shoving my knee into the wheel. Do you think a Tilt-away from a T Bird would fit? It would be easy to put a smaller aftermarket wheel in it but I'd like to keep the stock wheel. It doesn't have power steering and the huge wheel is a plus due to that.

the tilt wheel from a 73-79 ford truck will work for ya it has a smaller 3 spoke steering wheel on it also also if im not mistaken a van colum will work alsofrom 73 though 9 as as its not got the keyswitch on the colum have the junkyard double check the interchange books to be certin the t bird colum i belive to be to short

a 68 to 72 sterring box with power steering will cure the hard steering

thouse ford trucks from 68 to 79 had a lot of stuff that interchanged

What I can't believe is the Parking brake works. Everyone of those trucks I ever had, but one, the cables were so rusted that if you put it on it would never release till you prized it loose.

Doug the E brake does work.

I was thinking about the 78/79 tilt column for my 66,they are kind of hard to find in the trucks but more common in the broncos.
